Her creativeness and playfulness shined through during the workshop I attended. She led the group through insightful exercises that weaved in art, writing, and connection to nature. At one point, due to Sue’s encouragement, I found myself lying in the spring grass taking in the sounds, smells and colors around me. Something so simple, yet I felt a great shift within me. My nervous system slowed, while at the same time I felt energized by the earth. This is also how I experience Sue. She radiates peace and a gentle pace mixed with an electricity that is motivating and inspirational. Thank you Sue for sharing your gifts!
